Karazin University Listed in QS World University Rankings: Sustainability 2026 and Times Higher Education Interdisciplinary Science Rankings 2026
Karazin University has been included in the QS World University Rankings: Sustainability 2026, published on 18 November 2025.
This achievement confirms the University’s strong performance in sustainable development, social responsibility, and environmental stewardship.
A total of 1,994 universities worldwide participated in this year’s assessment, which evaluated institutions based on their environmental impact, social responsibility, and governance effectiveness.
This recognition once again highlights Karazin University’s commitment to advancing the Sustainable Development Goals, improving the quality of education, and shaping the future of Ukrainian society.
At the same time, the University has also been included in the updated Times Higher Education Interdisciplinary Science Rankings 2026, which this year features 911 universities from 94 countries.
The ranking assesses not only scientific output but also contributions to the development of interdisciplinary research — a key direction of modern science that opens pathways to comprehensive solutions to global challenges.
