Karazin University in the Times Higher Education World University Rankings by Subject 2026

On 21 January 2026, the subject rankings Times Higher Education World University Rankings by Subject 2025 were published. The rankings are based on 18 indicators that form five key performance pillars of higher education. In particular, they assess research quality, industry engagement, and teaching quality. All indicators are adjusted to account for the specific characteristics of individual academic fields.

According to the evaluation results, Karazin University was included in five subject rankings:

• Business and Economics: 1001+ position globally;

• Computer Science: 1001+ position globally;

• Medicine and Health: 1001+ position globally;

• Social Sciences: 1001+ position globally;

• Physical Sciences: 1251+ position globally.
