Karazin University Implements the Largest Course within the Erasmus+ ArtNoConflict Project

In April, the Erasmus+ Virtual Exchanges project team “Art of Negotiation and Conflict Resolution (Mediation) / ArtNoConflict” conducted its largest course to date, bringing together over 700 participants from Ukraine, Lithuania, Georgia, the Netherlands, and other countries. The course served as a powerful example of intercultural collaboration and innovation in education.
The project was implemented by the Karazin School of Business in cooperation with the Netherlands Business Academy (Netherlands), Mykolas Romeris University (Lithuania), Shota Rustaveli State University (Georgia), KROK University (Ukraine), the Ukrainian Association of Youth Councils, and the NGO “Youth For The World Non-Entrepreneurial” (Georgia).
Throughout the course, participants not only studied the theoretical foundations of negotiation and mediation but also worked actively in small intercultural groups on practical case studies. This format provided deeper insight into the nuances of communication in a multicultural environment and helped participants enhance their leadership, collaboration, and critical thinking skills.
We sincerely thank all participants for their high motivation, active engagement, and positive feedback. Despite the intensive pace and various challenges, the majority successfully completed the course and received certificates.
The project at Karazin University was coordinated by project manager Yuliia Kvitka. The training team included Olena Parkhomenko and Viktor Savchenko as trainers, and Yuliia Prus and Kateryna Andrieieva as facilitators.
A new round of the course will launch in September! Stay tuned for announcements and join the international educational community!
