Karazin University Ranked Second in Ukraine in the Scopus Scientometric Database Rating in 2024.

The annual ranking of Ukrainian higher education institutions based on Scopus data metrics has been released.

According to this year's indicators, Karazin University ranked second in Ukraine in Scopus. This demonstrates the university's high level of scientific research and academic activity, making a significant contribution to the development of science at the international level.

The ranking was created based on the results of scientometric monitoring of scientific publishing activities in Ukraine using the SciVerse Scopus database as of April 2024. The ranking results rely on the citation rates of scientific articles published by educational institutions or their specialists.

In the ranking table, Ukrainian universities are ranked by the Hirsch index — a quantitative indicator based on the number of scientific publications and their citations.
