Karazin University Deepens Partnerships with the Department and Educational Institutions of Kholodnohirskyi District of Kharkiv

On May 16, within the framework of partnerships with the Department of Education of the Administration of the Kholodnohirskyi District of Kharkiv City Council, V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University held a scientific and practical seminar "On the main directions of cooperation between V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University and educational institutions of the Kholodnohirskyi District of Kharkiv in various fields of educational activity".

The event was attended by 19 heads of the Department of Education, Methodological Service, educational institutions of Kholodnohirskyi district and 25 deans, deputy deans of all schools, directors of all educational and research institutes, the Center for Postgraduate Education, the Central Scientific Library, and the Center for Pre-University Training of Karazin University.

Vice-Rector Oleksandr Holovko congratulated the participants on the opening of the seminar, familiarized them with its program, the peculiarities of the university admission campaign in 2023, the results of work with pedagogical and managerial staff of educational institutions of Kholodnohirskyi district in the field of professional development during 2016-2023, including in the conditions of war.

The attendees observed a minute of silence in memory of Karazin University graduates who have died defending Ukraine since 2014.

Liudmyla Lutsenko, Head of the Education Department of the Administration of the Kholodnohirskyi District of the Kharkiv City Council, expressed her gratitude to Rector Tetyana Kaganovska, academic staff for their fruitful work with students of the district's educational institutions in preparing for university admission, in particular, in preparing for the national multi-subject test in 2023, and with employees in the field of postgraduate education.

Deans, deputy deans of all faculties, directors of educational and research institutes, the center of postgraduate education, the central scientific library, the center of pre-university training of Karazin University revealed to the participants of the seminar the specifics of educational and scientific activities of the structures they head, invited potential applicants for admission in the relevant specialties, provided them with various information booklets, brochures, business cards, presentation materials.

As part of the seminar, Oleksandr Holovko and Liudmyla Lutsenko signed a Memorandum of Cooperation between V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University and the Department of Education of the Administration of the Kholodnohirskyi District of the Kharkiv City Council to further expand and deepen cooperation in research, teaching, organizational, cultural, educational and other activities.

At the end of the seminar, Oleksandr Holovko and Mykhailo Tatarinov, Director of the Center for Postgraduate Education, presented the participants with certificates of advanced training within the accumulative system in postgraduate and lifelong education.
