Today, V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University warmly welcomed guests from Lviv — Rector of the National University “Lviv Polytechnic” Nataliia Shakhovska and Vice-Rector for Institutional Development Roman Korzh.

During the meeting with Rector Tetyana Kaganovska of Karazin University and Vice-Rector for Research and Teaching Anatolii Babichev, the parties discussed the strategic vision for the development of higher education in Ukraine, opportunities for deepening academic partnerships, and the implementation of joint scientific and educational projects. A significant outcome of the meeting was the signing of a Memorandum of Cooperation between the two leading universities of Ukraine.

The unity between Lviv and Kharkiv is both symbolic and practical. Both cities boast unique cultural heritage and strong educational traditions. Today, our universities are united by a common goal — to support the younger generation, promote the advancement of science and education, and shape Ukraine’s future based on trust, leadership, and shared responsibility.

Working together towards common goals in times of great challenges is not just a partnership, but an expression of solidarity, strength, and mutual support. Uniting the efforts of the academic community from different regions is a step toward a strong, sustainable, and successful educational Ukraine.

We sincerely thank Lviv Polytechnic for their trust, open dialogue, and shared vision of our common path towards Victory.
