Karazin University Signs Cooperation Memorandum with the University of Passau (Germany)

V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University and the University of Passau, renowned for its interdisciplinary approach to the humanities, law, and digital sciences, have signed a memorandum of academic cooperation.

The agreement provides for mutual exchange of students and faculty, the implementation of joint research initiatives, and the development of educational programs in the fields of European studies, law, information technologies, and international relations.
