Karazin University Among 600 Top Institutions of Higher Education in the QS World University Rankings by Subject

On March 3, 2021, the results of the QS World University Rankings by Subject were published. In total, 1,453 world higher education institutions were evaluated in the Rankings.

Karazin University ranked 551-600 in the global ranking by two subject areas:

— «Engineering and Technology» (subject «Informatics and Information Systems»);

— «Natural Sciences» (subject «Physics and Astronomy»).

The assessment methodology is based on several criteria, such as academic reputation, citations, Hirsch Index, which measures both the productivity and citation impact of the publications of a scientist or scholar.
