From October 28 to November 1, 2024, the team from the Institute of "Karazin Business School" participated in the final meeting of the Erasmus+ project "Integration and Adaptation of International Students" (INTERADIS) in Dordrecht, Netherlands. The event was organized by the Netherlands Business Academy, led by its director Jan van Zwieten.

During the meeting, together with representatives from partner universities in the Netherlands, Germany, Lithuania, Italy, and Ukraine, they summarized the four years of work on the project. The teams presented the results achieved (adaptation course, roadmap for international students, integration measures, etc.) and focused on issues related to preparing the final report. A memorandum on further cooperation between partners was developed, and steps for ensuring the sustainability of the project results and expanding international partnerships were planned.

Thanks to the support of the Erasmus+ program and the efforts of the consortium, the INTERADIS team managed to overcome many challenges during the project. The global COVID-19 pandemic and the war in Ukraine had a significant impact on the project. However, not only were the goals achieved, but a foundation for further development was also created.

Cooperation within INTERADIS allowed for adopting the best practices of European colleagues and ensuring a more comfortable adaptation and integration of international students at Karazin University.

Such visits are incredibly important for the development and internationalization of higher education in Ukraine. They promote international cooperation, expand opportunities for students and faculty, and make our academic environment more inclusive and open to the world.

We sincerely thank our partners and organizers for this unforgettable experience and fruitful collaboration!
