We are pleased to announce that Nataliia Ivanova, Director of the Karazin University’s Contemporary Art Center "YermilovCentre", has been named one of the laureates of the prestigious Women in Arts–2025 Award, established by UN Women in Ukraine and the Ukrainian Institute as part of the global HeForShe gender equality movement.

The award recognizes the outstanding achievements of Ukrainian women in various fields of art — from visual and theatrical arts to literature and cultural management. This year, the award was presented to seven talented Ukrainian women artists, among whom is Nataliia Ivanova, who has led the YermilovCentre, a key platform for contemporary art in Ukraine, for many years.

As the head of the center, Nataliia Ivanova has implemented numerous large-scale projects — including exhibitions, presentations, and educational initiatives — that have helped Kharkiv maintain its status as a cultural hub. Her efforts contribute not only to the development of Ukrainian artists but also to raising international interest in contemporary Ukrainian art.

We warmly congratulate Nataliia Valentynivna and wish her continued creative success and inspiration in preserving and developing the cultural heritage of Kharkiv and Ukraine!
