The Second Cohort of the “ArtNoConflict” Project Has Completed Its Training

The Education and Research Institute “Karazin Business School” has officially completed the program for the second cohort of participants within the ArtNoConflict project — an inspiring event that brought together participants from different parts of the world!

From October 16 to November 19, 2025, the participants attended training sessions and practiced essential topics such as conflict resolution, emotional management, active listening tools, argumentation techniques, and more. They took part in practical exercises and discussions of real-life cases in small groups guided by facilitators.

All participants who met the program requirements received certificates confirming the successful completion of the course under the ArtNoConflict project.

We sincerely thank the participants for their openness, dedication, and active engagement. We also extend our gratitude to the trainers, facilitators, and the entire project team for their productive work!

Background information.
The program is implemented within the Erasmus+ Virtual Mobility project “Art of Negotiation and Conflict Resolution (Mediation) / ArtNoConflict.” The project is carried out at Karazin University on the basis of the Educational and Scientific Institute “Karazin Business School.”
