A delegation from V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University, comprising Associate Professor of the Department of Economics and Management at the Education and Research Institute "Ukrainian Engineering Pedagogics Academy" Yuliia Dudnieva and International Relations Office Manager Tetiana Psiota, took part in the 13th International Staff Training Week, held at the University of Wrocław (Republic of Poland) from May 19 to 23, 2025.

This international event brought together over 40 representatives from 17 universities across Europe, Asia, and Africa.

The program was dynamic and diverse. Throughout the week, participants engaged in:

  • presentations of participating higher education institutions and discussions on opportunities to expand international partnerships;

  • a training session on team communication development;

  • lectures and discussions on intercultural interaction, internationalization, and inclusive approaches to staff development;

  • interactive sessions on the basics of the Polish language and culture;

  • visits to cultural and historical landmarks, including the Racławice Panorama, the University of Wrocław Botanical Garden, the National Museum, and the Wojsławice Arboretum.

A particularly valuable aspect of the event was the exchange of experience with representatives of universities from various countries, as well as discussions on the challenges and solutions in academic mobility and supporting internationalization in times of global instability.

Participation in the International Staff Training Week became an important milestone in the professional development of the delegates, the expansion of international cooperation, and the enhancement of awareness of modern higher education management practices.
