The Fourth Cohort of Educators from Education Institutions Has Started Professional Development at Karazin University
The educational process has begun at Karazin University with professional development courses for teachers of grades 1-4 in primary school, history, therapeutic physical education, social educators, and librarians from certain lyceums in the Shevchenkivskyi district of Kharkiv, including the city's educational network, the village council of one of the rural districts of Kharkiv region, a special education institution of regional communal ownership, and a gymnasium in Sievierodonetsk, Luhansk region (internally displaced).
Training and lecture sessions held at the university’s postgraduate education center will be delivered by highly qualified lecturers and experts from the university’s central scientific library, as well as long-time external partners from municipal institutions such as "Kharkiv Lyceum No. 28," "Kharkiv Lyceum No. 51," and "Kharkiv Inclusive Resource Center No. 1" of the Kharkiv City Council.
During the sessions, significant attention will be paid to the practical application of the competency-based approach, the formation of a modified educational space for teachers during online learning, student assessment based on relevant groups, the use of library resources as modern information and innovation educational hubs, conducting adaptive lessons for students with special needs, and more.
The director of the postgraduate education center, Mykhailo Tatarynov, in the opening session, outlined the specifics of the educational programs and the features of the educational process schedule, conducted a briefing on life and health safety requirements during martial law, and answered teachers' current questions.
The educational process will continue until December 26, 2024.
