Study of human-based management of anti-crisis transformations and prospects of spiritual-noosphere-sustainable national economic development
The post-classical human-dimensional scientific format of the worldview is based on the understanding of the integrity of the economy as the entire sphere of human activity, and the individual as the basic free-responsible creative subject of beneficial economic anti-crisis transformations. This requires a transition to a new methodology - a personal one. The main contradiction of post-non-classical science is considered: mechanicalness or human dimension in the format of managing the national economy. Trialectics plays a decisive role in its resolution, which provides an opportunity to study the managing person in his three-hypostatic – spiritual-bio-social nature, to understand management as the unfolding of humanity. The economy is considered as a process of unfolding humanity. The methodological significance of unum for the management of anti-crisis transformations is revealed. Economic consciousness is presented as the main prerequisite for managing the spiritual-noosphere-sustainable development of humanity in the light of natural sciences.
At the moment, Zadorozhna O.G. is actively engaged in the development and development of the National Development Strategy, namely the methodological foundations of the research of human-scale management of anti-crisis transformations and prospects of national economic development. This strategy consists of three large blocks: family, education, social partnership. In the course of this research, a lot has already been done: a national development strategy has been developed, a professor-student laboratory for modern economy research has been opened with the support of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, 12 methodological seminars have been held at the Faculty of Economics of KhNU, 12 preprint reports have been published based on these seminars, in the study programs the following educational courses were introduced to our students: Intellectual resources as an innovative potential of the international economy, Intellectual property and DNBICS convergence, post-nonclassical economic science, social partnership, transpersonal psychology as the basis of the field of business environment development; 2022 Zadorozhnaya O.H. wrote and published the monograph "Prolegomena of post-classical human-dimensional management science (methodological principles of formation)", published more than 10 articles in this direction.
The National Development Strategy of Ukraine was presented at the Uniwersytet Gdanski on November 17, 2023 as part of the "Conference Ukraine – Poland – Past, Present, Future Perspectives, Cooperation". Received a certificate of thanks from the hands of the Vice Prime Minister of Poland, Jarosław Kaczyński.
Latvia November 24-25, 2023 BALTIC INTERNATIONAL ACADEMY presented a report on the topic "THE CRISIS OF THE MODERN ECONOMY. PERSONAL MANAGEMENT ANTI-CRISIS TRANSFORMATIONS AND PERSPECTIVES NATIONAL ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT".
