Scholarship Programme

Target group: Master’s students and young researchers in economics, management, social sciences, and related fields
The aim of the Summer School is to develop master’s students’ competencies in digital leadership, social innovation and resilience, enabling them to design and implement sustainable solutions for organisations and society in the context of digital transformation.
The event brings together students from V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University and Ivan Franko National University of Lviv for joint learning, project-based work and the development of interregional academic dialogue. The Summer School is organised within the framework of the EURIDICE – European Inclusive Education for Digital Society, Social Innovation and Global Citizenship project, co-funded by the European Union. It aims to foster a deeper understanding of how digitalisation transforms economic and social processes, business models, organisations, and regional development.
The learning process combines lectures, interactive workshops, teamwork and project-based learning. This format enables participants not only to acquire up-to-date knowledge, but also to develop practical digital and managerial competencies, analytical thinking, critical thinking and the ability to work with complex transformation challenges.

Objectives:
- to deepen understanding of digital transformation and its impact on organisations, economy and society
- to develop digital leadership skills for managing change in dynamic and hybrid environments
- to enhance the ability to design social innovation solutions using digital technologies.
- to strengthen resilience and adaptive thinking in response to complex societal and organisational challenges
- to foster interdisciplinary teamwork and collaborative problem-solving
- to apply project-based learning to develop practical solutions addressing real-world digital society challenges
- to provide financial support to selected students during their participation in the Summer School in accordance with the requirements of the Scholarship Call.
Who Can Apply:
- Bachelor’s and Master’s students and PhD students who are motivated to develop entrepreneurial thinking, leadership skills, work with digital technologies and create innovative solutions for businesses and organisations.
- Applicants who meet the eligibility criteria published in the Call for Scholarship may apply for financial support.
How to Apply
Applicants should carefully review the Call for Scholarship, complete the application form and upload the following documents, clearly labelled with the applicant’s name:
- Signed application letter (template available here);
- Curriculum Vitae (preferably in Europass format);
- Short motivation letter (maximum 300 words).
Applications must be submitted in English. If the submitted documentation is incomplete, the Evaluation Committee may request additional information or reject the application.
