Accommodation Procedure

Required documents for accommodation in the dormitories of V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University:

  • Passport or ID card (original and copy) — a copy of the residence registration certificate is also required;

  • Tax Identification Number (TIN) — copy of the document;

  • Certificate from the Dean’s Office confirming your status as a university student;

  • Copy of the military registration certificate — for persons liable for military service;

  • Certificate of fluorography examination;

  • One photograph (3×4 cm) — required for the dormitory access pass;

  • Receipt confirming payment for accommodation — payment is made according to the details provided by the Student Campus Directorate. Please keep a copy of the receipt;

  • Application for accommodation and an application to join the Residential Lease Agreement for a dormitory room at V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University
    (the public offer agreement can be reviewed via the provided link) — completed according to the established template and issued during the registration process;

  • If a student is entitled to free accommodation, an appropriate set of supporting documents must be submitted to the Dean’s Office of the relevant faculty.

To move into a dormitory, you must:

  • personally apply to the Student Campus Directorate to conclude the Residential Lease Agreement for a dormitory room at V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University;

  • if the student is under 18, the Agreement must be concluded in the presence of one of the adult legal representatives (guardians);

  • receive copies of the completed applications and the access pass to the assigned dormitory.

Payment terms:

  • payment is made monthly or according to an individual arrangement;

  • third-party payments are allowed;

  • all bank service fees are covered by the payer.
