Meeting of the Academic Council of the University

The honorary award "V. N. Karazin Medal" was given to the Deputy Chief Power Engineer of the Chief Power Engineer Service Serhiy Khudoshyn for many years of conscientious work, high professionalism, significant contribution to the development of Karazin University and on the occasion of the Constitution Day of Ukraine.

The Diploma of V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University for conscientious fruitful work, significant personal contribution to the development of science and education and on the occasion of the Science Day was awarded to the postgraduate student of the Department of Low Temperatures, Inspector of the School of Physics Iryna Myronenko.

Inna Afanasieva, PhD in Physics and Mathematics, Associate Professor of the Department of Applied Physics and Plasma Physics of the Educational and Research Institute "School of Physics and Technology" was awarded a diploma of the Kharkiv Regional Council for conscientious and fruitful work, significant personal contribution to the development of science and education and on the occasion of the Science Day.

They received the gratitude of the Chairman of the Kharkiv Regional Council for their conscientious and fruitful work, significant personal contribution to the development of science and education and on the occasion of Science Day:

• Anton Goncharenko, PhD in Physics and Mathematics, Associate Professor of the Department of Solid State Physics at the School of Physics;
• Volodymyr Farafonov, PhD in Chemistry, Associate Professor of the Department of Physical Chemistry at the School of Chemistry.

In accordance with the agenda, the members of the Academic Council decided to confer academic titles on the scientists.

Vice-Rector for Research and Teaching Oleksandr Holovko reported on cooperation with student self-government bodies and the Council of Young Scientists on monitoring and ensuring the quality of higher education.

The Academic Council of the University approved a number of decisions, including:

• Approval of the Regulation on the Procedure for the Exercise of the Right to Academic Mobility by Participants of the Educational Process of V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University in a New Edition
•  Approval of the Regulations on Business Trips and Sending Employees and Students Abroad of V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University in a new version
•  Approval of the Regulations on Admission of Foreign Citizens to V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University in a new version
• Approval of the Regulations on the organization of the educational process at V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University in a new edition
• The members of the Academic Council decided to renew the composition of several editorial boards of the University's periodicals.

Traditionally, the Academic Council approved a number of educational, methodological and scientific regulations for publication.
