On the Election of the Rector of V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University

The election of the Rector of V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University will take place on September 24, 2026.

Voting will take place from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. at two polling stations in Kharkiv.

Members of the university community will be able to vote at the following addresses:

• 4 Svobody Square;
• 6 Svobody Square.

As a reminder, the election at Karazin University will be held in accordance with the Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine “On Announcing a Competition for the Position of Rector of V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University.” Two candidates are running in the election: Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, Professor Ruslan Vovk, and Doctor of Law, Professor Tetyana Kaganovska.
