Presentation of Health Care Management Certification Program
On February 5, 2021, Karazin University hosted a presentation of the Health Care Management certification program developed within the project "Development of a Training Certification Program", which is being implemented as part of the GIZ project "Strengthening Resources for Sustainable Development of Host Communities in Eastern Ukraine" of the cluster "Prospects for Development of Eastern Regions of Ukraine" acting on behalf of the German government.
The event was opened by Vice-President Anatolii Babichev. Oleksii Lyska, Adviser of the GIZ project "Strengthening Resources for Sustainable Development of Host Communities in Eastern Ukraine"; Anton Kvitka, Deputy Director of Karazin Business School; and Kostiantyn Cherniavskyi, Secretary of the Chkalovsk Village Council, addressed those present in their welcoming speech.
During the presentation, the project manager Yuliia Kvitka told about its essence, the results of a survey conducted to identify weaknesses in the work of health care facilities with their further active use in creating a certification program in the field of health care management, taking into account the conditions of health care reform in Ukraine, she also told about how the program will be implemented, why it is needed, what are the main criteria for selecting participants, etc.
In addition, the project experts Viktor Savchenko, Vitalii Diachek, Denys Davydov, Olena Yarmosh, Kristina Babenko, Olena Parkhomenko, and Hanna Rekun presented their program modules and told about the key points to be considered during the program implementation.
